Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities Well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and able to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp,) or CRM systems is a plus Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools are an advantage Comfortable participating in offline marketing activities such as distributing flyers, assisting with activations, and setting up booths or stands Experience supporting hotel promotions, events, or exhibitions is a plus
